Dispensers Can:

• Dye mobs

• Fire dragon breath

• Name Mobs, if they contain named nametags

• Place boats on ice

• Repair Golems

Other Tweaks:

• Players holding a cactus can right click on some blocks to rotate them

• Comparators can read clocks

• bulb delay is set to 1 tick

• Stacked shulkerboxes won't overload comparators
