Switchy - Minecraft ModModrinth

This chapter is for players who want or need the ability to quickly and cleanly change between different character profiles. This is mainly targeting plural peeps.

General Info

Switchy works by allowing players to create private, personalized "presets." These presets function similar to localized minecraft profiles. I highly reccomend following the link back to the original creator for a better understanding of how to use this mod.

On this server we have 3 main modules for cusomizing your presets:

• Name/Bio Editing - allows each preset to have a unique bio and nickname

• Proxies - allows for PluralKit-like message proxying

• Skin Changing - allows each preset to have a unique skin

Basic Workflow

1. Use the commands below to create a new preset.

2. Switch to said preset.

3. Change the nickname, name color, bio, and skin of the preset.

4. From any preset assign a message proxy for said preset.

Commands:

/switchy list -- shows created presets
/switchy new [name for new preset] -- creates new preset
/switchy rename [current preset name] [new name] -- renames preset
/switchy set [name of preset you want to switch to] -- switches preset
/switch [name] -- shortened command of "/switchy set"
